Story County, Iowa has become the latest county to partner with MEnD Correctional Care and experience the benefits our model provides. This collaboration has now expanded our care model into three states, the others being Minnesota and Wisconsin. Story County is located in the heart of Iowa and includes metropolitan areas including Ames and Nevada. Story County is home to Iowa State University and has a rich and vibrant history. The Story County Justice Center is a progressive center opened in 2002 and housing space for 104 beds. The wonderful people of Story County have a correctional facility to be proud of, and we are indeed honored to work with and in this exceptional facility.
